ハワイに住む様になればもっと生活がアクティブになるのかと思いきや、ビーチに出るのは年に２〜３度。ダイヤモンドヘッドには一度登った切り。こんな事ではダメだと思い、友達に相談したところ我が家から一番近い所でエクササイズやヨガが出来ると教えてくれたのです。早速、夫婦で出掛けて直ぐにメンバーシップを申し込みました。夫婦で１年間５０〜６０ドルほどのメンバーシップを払うと、各レッスンが会員価格で受けられると言うシステムです。歩いて５分程などで、お尻の重い夫もここなら続くのではと思いました。此処にはヨガやタイチの他にも、人気のフラダンス、サルサダンス、空手、絵画教室、ウクレレ教室、またヨガにもいくつかの種類があって高度なものもあります。私達は翌日から私はヨガ、夫はタイチに通う事になりました。このセンターでは週に２度ファーマーズ・マーケットが開催されている様でしたが、とても規模が小さく内容も余り興味...
