Bought a new vehicle here in the beginning of March. They never sent the memorandum title. Have called every single day this week and every day the tell me the same thing, that they are sending it overnight that day. But each and every day it is a lie. I have since contacted Hyundai Corporate, Hyundai Motor Finance, Better Business Bureau, and the Ohio Attorney General. Hoping one of them can help me because I have given this dealership many opportunities to make this right and they keep failing. If you are reading this and thinking about purchasing from here please do yourself a favor and go somewhere that stands by what they say and doesn't outright lie to the customer. I am now paying on a vehicle that I can't legally operate on public roads.
My kids had a blast very reasonable. They played the food prices were very reasonable also...plus they learned to bowl.
All I can say is I WILL BE BACK SOON!!!

I was only there for a routine oil change and new windshield wipers. I waited for it to be finished. They did not take long at all. Less than the estimated time. The staff was very nice and answered any questions I had.
