I have ate at the Wagon Wheel more times than I can remember, back to when Jimmy & Mitzy owned it. It is not a 5 star Restaurant. It is a Bar/Restaurant. They deal with so many people they cannot cater to everyone. As far as the lady before, I have never known any Restaurant/Bar,etc.. That would give you all flat wings. So give you all of one kind and who cares if the rest of the customers have...

We love their wings, pizza and soups. I agree that sometimes service is slow. But the food is always worth it!

Three of us went there last night to eat their steak dinner all you can eat they had the worst service ever. They had three chances with one steak to get it right and could not.
