I had my dog stay both overnight and for daycare at this place for maybe 4 separate times now.
The last 2 times after picking him up at daycare, I noticed his neck area was almost soaking wet. I addressed this with a staff member the first time and she just gave some lame explanation. The second time, with a supervisor, and when I picked up my dog, he was still wet. I guess my dog has been getting attacked, like bitten on the neck by another dog. Since my dog is an absolute creampuff, he doesn't fight back.
Well, that's not my dog's fault. I will no longer go here if they can't assure me of having my dog protected. What if worse things happen behind closed doors, I'll never know because my dog can't speak up for himself.
Never again!!!
