they do not return phone calls
They do not answer their phone(or rarely), e-mails rarely and when they do respond they do not address all of my questions asked in the e-mail. I sent some e-mails and left several voice messages for three weeks and they never responded. They missed sending an allowance because they thought I was on vacation, something I never suggested or said. Unfortunately there is little recourse for myself...
