What is wrong with Von's lately? So I'm waiting 8.5 minutes while she waits on another employee (Vons hat intact) seriously?

Half the time the Ribeye steaks I buy at this location aren’t cut straight. Today, one side was an inch thick and the other was prob only a half inch thick. I have never had this issue at other locations, only in Montrose. I will be buying my meat elsewhere in the future.
