Sanderson Lincoln was very helpful with my Ford Edge that I did not even purchase from them. I have been working with Ford motor corporation due to issues with my navigation and they referred me to Sanderson. I understand why I was referred to them due to their exceptional customer service. I would drive from Lake Havasu City to Phoenix any day of the week for such helpful survice.

My service advisor Brian Lawrence was extremely helpful and went to extra length to help establish my claim with Volvo VIP service and resolved our 2012 S60's check engine light issue promptly and affordably (because my factory warranty has already expired), big thumbs up to Brian.

The service department is top notch! Tyler, helped me a few weeks ago after I had been in an accident and he went above and beyond explaining in detail to me what to expect and pricing. I will continue to go back to this particular Volvo service department despite distance from my home.

I appreciated the consideration and information I have received from the Service representative each time I have visitedVolvo. The car is returned cleaned. The waiting area is nice. Loaner cars are available.
