Went in for an oil change and they stripped out the threads on the oil plug. Cost me $611 dollars to get it back the way it was before I went in. I can understand that it happens so I asked for a discount, split the problem 2 ways. They wouldn’t even discuss it. The service rep was rude and definitely not customer focused. His name was Ronnie. This was not my first time to get service...
