I leased a 2016 Golf Sportwagen this week. What a pleasure the whole process was! My leasing consultant was Jeff Isaac-Hodge. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and his sales approach was just what I like- not overly "pushy" at all. He is also honest which is a quality that not all sales people adhere to. Lastly, I'm very happy with the car.

I don't expect complete honesty from a dealership, but I do expect some degree of good-faith in negotiations. First, Open Road will attempt to charge a $780 "administrative fee" to cover ill-defined "administrative costs." Ask them to give you an itemized list of the the specific costs. I did not...
