I 've been to this buffet about eight times in the last 12 months. I don't go there for the regular buffet. I go there for the hotpot buffet. It is one of the best in Arizona and California. This are the reasons:

I felt that the Volcano Buffet (VB) was a better deal than a Panda Express. Both were close to my hotel. VB offered dessert, ice cream & salad bar where Panda didn't. Overpriced mediocre buffet

We came for dinner because this place was recommended by a friend. Turns out it's over priced and mediocre food. Watched a worker toss a frog leg that landed outside the pan back into the pan of fresh food. The food selections were plentiful but there were few great tasting selections. Disappointing dinning experience, we will not be returning!

We came for lunch. The Hot Pot that they advertised was not open, so we had the buffet. The buffet food was not as warm as it should have been and the quality was very mediocre.
