When I left the dealership I noticed my rear passenger tire was low on pressure, that itself told me that they had not done the multi-point inspection correctly. Who knows if they even did all the other services they said they provided to me.

I went in thinking I was not going to get approved. But Jose Juarez help me and I immediately told him what i wanted and what i could afford. And he went and beyond to help me out. Clarification, people has been always polite and proper.Well, I drop my car without previous appointment around 8:00 AM and was released around 11:00.
