Vitco sold my Senior Condo really fast. I used Vitco Properties to sell my condo because they were already taking care of the building's Home Owners Association business. I knew they would know the right way to sell it and I was right they did. They took care of everything for me and kept me informed of everything along the way. This was the smoothest real estate transaction I've ever done, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Vitco Properties Does a Great Job!

Prior to Vitco Properties, our condo association had 2 or 3 other management companies that were really terrible. Vitco has managed our association for about 8 years now and I can tell you that they have provided great customer service and support to our board as well as our homeowners.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new management company.
