I had a very wonderful experience because I have never worn glasses before and the staff there was so helpful. They picked out a perfect pair of glasses for my face. I have gotten so many complements on my eyewear. The female staff there is also very attractive and very friendly. I think that for the price and for the quality it is hands down the best place to shop! I cant wait tll my insurance kicks back in so that I can get a second pair of sunglasses! My flex plan also pays for that as well.

This is my fifth year buying eyeglasses from this location. The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I am at home when I go there because they always greet me by name there. They even remember me from the previous years and ask me how my heart surgury went. Overall, I have always gotten great service from here. The bald guy that works there is always smiling and so well-mannered. I have always been so use to spending over $600 for a pair of glasses. I have never been so disgusted in all my life with the type of service I was given today. I bought Glasses at the Conroe Tx location and I was unhappy with the prescription so I went back to the doc next door and he told me that the prescription was not done right .....after three times!!!!!!!!!! they also told me that I would see better with the best lenses they have ( HD Lenses ) .....NOT!!!!!!!!!!! I came back and once again the doc told me that the prescription was not done as per his specs. I later went back to eye masters in Conroe and no one smiled or said hello...they all seemed to...
