I had such a great time at the Biggest Loser finale in Kent last night! It was really motivating and inspiring to not only hear all the success stories but to see them with my own eyes! I feel empowered and I am ready to take control over my body and my lifestyle! Thanks to my friend Jenni for bringing me with her so I could experience the wonderful inspirations at Kent VQ!

I love coming here to work out! I am always greeted by name as I enter the building and whenever I need someone to spot me while I lift a trainer or someone is always willing to jump in and help. This gym is by far the best gym in the Kent area. Not to mention they also have many other locations in the Puget Sound area! I love that they are low cost and really care about their members wants and needs! I have a great trainer and everything at this gym is so affordable. I am starting to love exercising which I never thought I would say!

I joined Vision Quest because of how low the cost is and because how close it is to my home. Little did I know that joining this particular gym would be a life changing event! I have dropped 65 lbs and have never been happier! I owe it all to my trainer and the whole Viision Quest staff! I had everyone's support 100% along the way and I could have done it without all of you! Thank you so much...

I am so glad this is now a Vision Quest, it is a great place, newly remodeled and lots of new equipment for us to use, the staff is very friendly and they even have a private womens center upstairs like the one in Auburn. Man, when this?
