The customer service is awful,they don't greet you when you walk in. Michelle is always eating and drinking soda at the front desk. But the doctor is knowledgeable.

I think they could do better when it comes to monthly schedules for people who really need to make appointments right away and there manager Renee could be more positive attitude towards customer complaints

My daughter needed a pair of glasses and I have never had glasses or knew what I was doing. The guy I spoke with walked me through the basics gave his much needed advice. He was informative and pleasant. I recently called for replacement...

The women that work here have a bad attitude when you need there help. Like it's an inconvience. I haven't gone back there because of this and told many of my family & friends.

Arrived and was quickly seen for an exam. Picked out frames- was told they would be in 7-10 days(work days). We are on day 15 (work days) and still no glasses. I called again last night and found out that the frames are on back order. They don't know when they will be coming in. Wouldn't it have been nice to call and let me know this????? I asked to speak to manager was told she won't be in for...
