Had an issue with V.C. at the Willow-brook location, to make a long story short, The District manager reached out and immediately rectifies the issue. It goes to show, there are still some genuine caring people on our planet. V.C. Rocks!

The best customer service from front desk to stylist. It was a different experience at a training center but I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I felt so at ease having multiple people offer help and positive critique. My stylist Courtney genuinely listened to what I wanted and gave me EXACTLY what I came in for. Shelby Stone at Visible Changes West Oaks Mall always does an excellent job in styling plus the Nixon Treatment is so refreshing for the scalp. I highly recommend Shelby. She is always professional, has great ideas, keeps me informed and is truly a joy! My hair is just glowing.
