Brought my computer in to clean it out of spyware,etc and overall it just ran slow. I brought it in and they said that the cleaned up a lot of garbage. Charged me over $100. Took it home. Viper Systems had the simple task of updating the AVG security on my computer and fouled it up. Instead of updating my security, they let my AVG license expire and then replaced it with "Free AVG"! I discovered what Viper did and returned my computer to have this fixed. I ended up with another tech who said it was a mistake and the cost of new AVG security would be paid for from his buddy's...

Told me my motherboard was bad in my laptop, estimated $320.00 repair, when I said no way, they offered me $40.00 for my laptop. I have had it since fixed for $35.00 at Docs Computer Service. I had missing files in my registry. Docs gets all my business.

I would never take another computer to this place.It cost a fortune and crashed less then 3 weeks later. I could have took it back for another fee. $120 for a computer to last 3 weeks what a joke.

Chris flashed my bios on my gaming pc and dropped in a new AMD 6400+ while he had it as well. I had a few issues with my 3d graphics (DX9) and Chris had me bring it back to troubleshoot it again, the issue was resolved and handled professionally.
