The other day, while my girlfriend was pulling out of a parking space, she was t-boned by a driver of this company. It was raining, they were driving with their lights off, and struck her in the very center of the passenger side of the vehicle. Apparently the driver, persian in ethnicity, immediately stormed up to her window, accusing *her* of going too fast. Luckily, the police were already on the scene and ordered him away from the vehicle. Obviously the driver was at fault in this situation, which occured several days ago. I always use VIP Taxi whenever I'm in the Bay Area of San Francisco, which is often. Prompt service with a friendly atmosphere makes me call them first. VIP is a cut above the others. I have been a regular customer with VIP since 2003.

VIP has always been prompt, courteous, and clean every time that I have used them.

I used VIP Taxi of Burlingame once and they've been charging me $24 every two days since I used their service (the amount of the initial, credible charge). I am lucky that I check my account activity regularly or else I would not have seen this. I am sure they are getting rich off doing this to other people. So messed up. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and it will be up to 60 days until I see the money credited back to my account, ugh.

i must confess i use to work for vip taxi, i left for my own crazy reasons, iafter i left i start making false accusations, making trouble for vip , i even convinced news paper to write an illegal article, im just jealous,
i can not stand to see vip taxi doing very well, i can not stand that the vip taxi is the best cab in the bay area , i try my best to destroy vip taxi , vip taxi ignored me ,and concentrated on building the best cab , i failed badly,

my company used san mateo dirty and old yellow cab for a couple of weeks , it was a nightmarethey yellow cab was not only very late ,but also broken ,dirty , then when you get in the san mateo and burlingame yellow cab, the driver was smoking , plus the driver smells bad , i find out later that their drivers keep the taxi the whole day , so the drivers sleep in their cabs , that the only way...
