Worst Wine Bar I have ever been to

I have lived in Miami for a year now and have visited this wine bar on a handful of occasions. The customer service has declined with each visit to the extent of non-existent during my last visit. The owner actually left the bar to her non-english speaking Mother who could not answer our questions or service our needs. My partner and I were the only two people in the bar for most of the Saturday night which leads me to believe that others have experienced such horrific service. The few minutes that the owner was present she seemed very distracted and couldn't be bothered to discuss wine...

Great place. Perfect if you're looking for something low key and classy in the heart of South Beach. The owner is a gem. Vino has certainly become a regular haunt for me and my friends!
