We lived here for a year. Absolute worst place to live! Maintenance never fixes anything, our ceiling was caving in called many times to fix never bothered to fix. Black mold on walls & windows, again never bothered to take care of. Office staff completely useless. No safe parking. Don't believe any of the pictures they show the place inside and out are run down. It's a dump!!!
It's a cheap apartment, cheap maintenance fixes.... if you can even get them to fix anything. They knocked down the stairwell ceiling the first week we moved in, its still not fixed, covered in bug nests, holes to the outside, its ugly, lets the heat/cold in and bugs... that's after several attempts to get them to fix it. They do NOT work with people when they want to move, so don't even try or...
The Vineyards seemed ideal 13 months ago and it could be worse and I'm not ungrateful, but.... The buildings are quite dated, desperately iin need of tlc, that's not going to happen. We're surrounded by drug dealers and doers,neighbors with no concept of consideration. Is miss the farm we use to live on & the quiet & privacy of a house. I'm blessed to have what I have, but a girl can dream.

The one bedroom apartments are spacious enough for one or two occupants. Plenty of closet space. Large bedroom. Adequate kitchen and dining space (with dishwasher).
