This little gem of a complex is on your way to the Hill Country for fantastic views to the west or go east for the mall or downtown Austin in 15 minutes. It is a very quiet, shaded complex. The staff is warm, receptive and very expedient with any problems. The best part is the reasonable rent!! Not having a gym is the only drawback for me but my 24 hour gym is close by. I can't imagine ever...

I've lived here for five months and this is by far my favorite apartment. The staff is really kind and helpful. There's plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. My only complaint is the traffic in the area can get crazy, but the city is doing a lot of construction to ease some of the traffic problems.

My hubby and I spent a year here and we only moved because of work. If it were possible, we would have stayed there longer. The people are super friendly, attentive, and quick to fix anything. As a plus, the location is wonderful if you want to live near the hill country area. We miss this place.

management leaves early and are rude will send a rudly written notice in a heartbeat and leave it on your door just in time for when you get home from a hard day's work. bad service.
