We found his estimate to be fair, & matched up with the total when the job was complete. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Everything was totally up front, all the work was performed, as promised, for the agreed on price, on time, and backed up immediately when a small problem came up.

Joe Vincent of Vincent Construction was able to design an attached garage/shop with underground storm cellar, master bdrm, bathroom, closet, and hallway with all the features that were asked for. Changes were made here and there during construction, but Joe was very flexible and adapted those requests.
Joe and the young man who works for him, Tim, are both very friendly and easy to get along...
