Experiencing hip pain and obtained an appointment right away. From the moment I entered the office the office staff, X-ray tech, PA, and Dr Feinwich were amazing. Gavin is signed with different drug companies and either has a medicine that doesnt even work or the shots that you have to have via outpatient surgery dont last as long as they say for the type of pain I have. Staff is rude. Act like everyone is a drug addict. Nope just human with a bad body.

This doctor and his staff are rude and uneducated. They have poor bedside manner and cannot take care of health concerns in a timely manner.

Not caring nor helpful at all!! Did not explain anything or answer my questions, I just felt an overall lack of confidence in what he was doing. Not worth it to me. The wait time was insane!! Very uncomfortable!!
