I wish I had read these reviews before I decided to unload a fortune on dental services. The dental staff is good, but the office staff is rude and unreasonable. I am looking for a new dentist for my children.

Like other reviewers, I think the staff is rude, and the doctor recommended quite a lot of questionable expenstive treatments. They make you pay everything up front even though my insurance plan stated that all expenses must be submitted…

His office manager said to me if I don't want my kids to have the treatment as suggested by Dr. Ben, I should have his teeth all removed. She is so nasty. \r
