We have been bringing Baci in to see Dr. Keith for 14 years now!! We love him. BACI can't wait till he comes in the room and always remembers how much he loves him. Thank you Keith for all the TLC. You're the BEST❤

Doc Kieth Houston is the absolute best! He is very thorough and goes above and beyond to find solutions. I can tell how much he loves and cares for his canine patients. Even at their end of their lives he handles it with grace and dignity and shows the utmost respect for them. I would never ever take my dog anywhere else!

I'm so glad I take my puppy here.. everyone is so nice.. I took my puppy there a few days ago and they called me just to check up on her.. I told them and she's been having some issues I figured do to the antibiotics. . Then the Dr. Called me back.. thought that was awesome that they care enough to call and check up on my pet.. Also had a great experience there when my sister had to put down...

Don't waste your time at the Village Veterinay Clinic in Cleveland, OH. The office manager at this practice runs the show, is an absolute horror and it seems that the docs hide behind her skirts. If you don't have all the funds charged at the time of your pet's visit, whether it's an emergency visit or not, you will be absolutely belittled and humiliated in the middle of the waiting room...
