I can't express enough how impressed i am with the level of professionalism they have. Instead of cancelling, these guys battled through a snow storm to clean our fireplace! They even took the time to educate me on all the fireplace basics. I will absolutely be recommending them!

I chucked when I read the other two reviews. We used David the Village Sweep twice back in the early 2000's. Owner was courteous and professional the first time. We used them again two years later. Had the same experience as the other guy. Gave me one price and when they came to the house and finished the job the price was much higher!!
