I moved in my apartment in August and I love my apartment! Staff is always ready to assist you, maintenance is taken care of promptly. I consider my apartment my sanuary. The maintenance staff did an excellent job with the snow this winter.
I am so glad moved here!! Could never imagine living any place else. Close to shopping, parks and if course the pool is an extra plus.

Stay away from this place. They do not care about their tenants. Landscaping only consists of mowing the grass. Huge branches lay everywhere. Leaves block the storm drains flooding the parking...

Roaches!!! Disgusting place! They don't take care of the landscaping and there is one pool for 3 buildings! The staff is VERY RUDE!!! I am here for only a couple more months and then I will be so...

Police here all of the time. Fast & the Furious type cars burning rubber in the parking lot. 24 y/o & unders fighting with each other and noisy at all times. Neighbors have zero respect for each other. Cars broken in to. Antenna topper stolen off of my car. Redneck children play in and around the dumpster in front of the apartment. No selection process by the staff to weed out...

I am excited to inform you that it was a great time staying in your apartments. The apartment was nice and clean. Moreover the care you have provided had added value to my pleasant stay in York. It was sad for me to leave York after such a warm response.It was always a pleasure to talk to the office staff..Thanks again
