Overall we like the location of the apartments, and having smaller number of units makes the parking lot seem less busy. One driveway so no thru traffic which is nice. If you have young kids to high schoolers its a great spot.. In great school district and Clackamas High school is within walking distance :) Great for high schoolers in after school sports/activities.

my roommate and I have lived at these apartments for over a year now and we couldnt love them more. We occasionally have roommates who move in and out and the process is very smooth. everytime we have a problem we just let Deborah (The on-site manager) know and she makes sure it gets taken care of right away. They replace the lights and fixed the window blinds and the washer and just anything we need. Deborah is always so friendly and always waving and smiling everytime she sees us. They just recently redid the little play area they have for the kids and I am always seeing new improvements...
