The staff tries to pretend these residents "don't exist" and evict them from "social events" even with family escorts! Their food is brought in from a distant location, servings are tasty but TINY, and nothing is ever warmer than "lukewarm." If you miss dinner, you will find nothing in the fridge, as the staff gobbles up anything that isn't claimed after they serve the meal. One recent dinner...
