We have been here 6 months and so far so good. They moved us in right away, last minute. The grounds are beautiful, lots of greenery and trees. It is always well maintained and groomed. I currently live at Villa Vicente and believe me, the apartments aren't worth the high rent you'll be paying. They allow anyone in here, slow to respond to noise complaints.
