In 2/21/08 we hired Mr. Villas and associates to replace a section of driveway. After they removed the old driveway, it began to rain. Later they came back and poured while it was drizzling. When asked it they could do it under those conditons they assured my father that it would be OK. Since, the slab erodes when it rains, is cracked in the middle and is snow white. They made multiple promises...
