I have tried contacting this company multiple times regarding my Viking Royale ETS Spa. The first question was about a warranty coverage on the lid that came with my spa. The only response I got was contact your dealer. I had contacted my dealer multiple times about the issue and they were not willing to resolve it. So Viking did nothing.
