One star because that is the lowest that can be selected, would have preferred to select 0 on a scale of 0-10 but it is not allowed. The installation was very unprofessional and they refuse to abide by with their warranty. I would highly suggest that another flooring company.

I have used Viking floor on three separate occasions and have worked with a different rep each time. They were all very professional, and spent numerous hours helping me with my choices. The installers are top notch and go beyond their duties to assist in anything required. I will definitely use Viking again.
