very good time

my daughter and I took a class while in greenwood. this was her third time and my first. we took "the help" class. fried chicken, collards,mac and cheese,cornbread, biscuits, caramel cake and chocolate cake!!!! the young couple in our group were very nice and i just set back and let the young ones cooked. the instructor was very good also....

Viking Cooking School is held in excellent facilities, with fun knowledgeable instructors . It's worth a trip to Greenwood just to take a class.

The Viking Cooking school has 2 types of classes---observation and hands-on. You can go online and check the classes for subject and type. The Alluvian Hotel is across the street and is beautiful! Also the Alluvian spa is next door to the cooking school. Lots of good restaurants makes for a great weekend getaway. Check out the Greenwood Tourism website...
