Unfortunately, I do not recommend this location for video conversion. They do not meet their time frame of completed work and there's no log kept about the status of job requested. If the person you talked to initially about your job is not available, don't bank on anyone else to know what's going on. You just drop off your tape and play the waiting game. I've Tried Several Transfer Services and you cant beat the Quality Price & Fast Service that Video Playground has to Offer. Every Format Analog or Digital.
