The walls are paper thin, its like living in a motel, they are not spacious what so ever...and there were always kids running up and down the hall when i lived there, it did seem as if the parents took no control over there children at all, whether they were screaming or running. All in all when i moved out of there i was very happy, but if its a temporary place and your hardly ever home...then...

Victorian Garden Apartments are a nice place to live. It is clean and well maintained. If you have a problem, they are very fast to respond. The office work is polite and pleasant. All the residents are nice and private. I would recommend the apartments.

it is like living in a motel cuz the people dont care about ther neighbors..at all.. i asked nicely for the kids to stop playing ball inside on the stair which are against my bedroom wall ,and the people that smoke cigarettes out front and just leave the butts laying everywhere and being loud till well after 10 at night. so much for common decency.

Generally good in most aspects, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors if you really listen. the hallways can be noisy especially if you are near the steps to the 2nd floor. Office staff is alright,but always ask for Jamie :)
