dont ever move here, The office staff is filled with rude and inconsiderate people. and the property manager Lisa is very disrespectful and unpleasant person to talk to. I am moving out this place as soon as i can so dont move here save your self!!!!

I do not know why so many people are bad mouthing this place. I kind of like it here, it's a little over priced(okay, alot!) but it is usually pretty quiet. The latinos that a lot of the reviews have complained about just kind of keep to them selfs.

-Drug use, loud parties, suspicious individuals, drinking, theft, vandalism, cramped parking, loose pets, trash. (Nice name...nice office...bad neighborhood.)

Great place. I'm a single mother and I was looking for a nice and safe place to raise my child. The apartments are nice and spacious. My only issue is that while I keep an eye on my child and know where she is at all times not all people do. Their are alot of kids that keep recking things. Everytime the complex gets something new or repaired within a few weeks it's ruined again. I just wish...

Trash rarely emptied, suspicious persons hang out, riddled with cockroaches, apartment dirty on move-in, apartment not ready on day of move in-had to wait 1/2 day, property manager & assistant manager very rude & uncaring, not professional at all. Live somewhere else. Renters be warned!
