i jus got new neighbors and they are very noisy and disrespectful. they have music and bass turned up so loud and slamming doors, mind you this is after 11pm. when they did inspection i told them that my dishwasher was leaking and my tub needs to be caulked. they never fixed it. now people are even "selling" and being very opened with it. the lady in the office now put my business out there...
I lived in the courtyard for a year. I was out walking my dog on a leash and another dog came up and attacked her. Many people do not keep theirs on leashes. If I ever came home late at night there was no where to park. I had black birds that came into the aprtment through a hole. It took several weeks before they fixed it. My hot water heater broke and that took about a week to fix.
Simply awful!
We were shown a clean model, and ended up with a noisy, smelly end unit with 10yo carpet!
We had someone take over our lease...
