I took my wife here for a pedicure Sunday. I was talked into getting one too. The website says the deluxe is $28. We were charged $100, and when I asked why, was told we bought extras. We didn't get anything other than what is listed in the description on the website. If there were going to be extra charges, who doesn't inform the customer first? MOre expensive, but very nice

Every experience here has been good. The ladies are very nice. I was getting my oil changed one day and walked to the salon with my kids in the stroller, just to waist some time. I got a quick mani, but my kids started fussing a little. One of the ladies picked my youngest up and played with her. I felt as if I was imposing on them, but they were very nice.

The only down size is the price. I got my 3 year olds toes and nails painted and it was $23! With my mani and pedi our total was $85. I almost had a heart attack! I will bring my own OPI polish in the future.

I've had very good experiences at Vic's. Although I only go for pedicures, I have not noticed rude behavior or loud talking. The owner is a little uptight, but given the area and the local clients, she probably needs to be extra careful...I witnessed a couple of complainers but they truly seemed like women who would complain about anything. Nonetheless, when you're running a business you have to stay mindful of what goes on in your shop. I would prefer English be spoken, but that's probably asking a lot. I continue to go back because I get a beautiful, professional pedicure every time!

Extra Rude & High Prices

This place has some great techs but the customer service really leaves a lot to be desired. The owner & her sister are rather rude & noisy as sin might I add. Every English speaking person knows that when they start speaking in their language & laughing they are talking about you; especially when they begin to gather around you & laugh harder when you look at them in that “knowing” way. When they started doing 50% off coupons through some daily discount site the service got even worse. They all talk about each other & have even fired techs for talking about another’s boyfriend’s...

My girlfriend treated me to a mani/pedi for my birthday and we had a great time. The nail techs were very friendly and the pedicure chairs were extremely comfortable - the best I've been to in town. I really like the parrafin treatment with the manicure. Some place charge too much for this, but at Vic's it came with my service. I will definitely go back again.
