User Beware

Assured me he would take good care of my car. I found out when things recently went bad (car died in the middle of a street) than the did not change a hard to reach fuel filter, but charged me for it. The original was still installed and clogged up. Told me tie rods were changed, still had rattle noise, he told me next time he will change the links. Found out he never changed the tie rods at all, again charged me a lot of money.

treat you like you are a blonde

I have a Check Engine ON and made an 30 min appointment to check computer codes at this shop. When I came, the owner said that this will take
at least 2 hours to do this and started to tell me how long it take to check a car computer... These guys treat you like you are a blond.
Very disappointing ...

Vic's is the best. Our one car is getting old and things break that are of the ordinary and Jimmy always finds a way to fix it. Old cars or new, we bring them all here, they get it right, stand behind their work and I'd rather go to a local guy I can talk to instead of some big chain where you are nothing buy an invoice.

Nothing but fast, friendly, personal service every time. The guys always fixes my car right the first time around. I wouldn't trust my family's cars to anyone else.
