his is by far the worst liquor store in town. I bought a $20 bottle of wine, reasonable by some standards, but certainly not "cheap". It was bad (it had a moldy cork and smelled and tasted bad) so I went to exchange it. The clerk had no power to help me, said he knew nothing about wine (funny since he was working in a store that sells wine), and that only the owner could do returns or...

One of Santa Cruz's best liquor stores. Great selection of beers, wines, and booze. Some good deals too.Just be careful, some of the beers have been sitting on the shelf a little too long.
