Do to legal advice I can't say all that I need for you to know. But, I can tell you that I and others have been through hell. From broken appliances,no A/C, mold, plumbing problems and infestation with roaches and spiders.I could go on but, I'm sure your'e getting the idea of what kind of complex this is.Home shouldn't be like this.
i'm thinking of leasing here. please help me out. what do you think of this apartment?
Parking: Depending on the time of day you might get a parking space in front of your building. There were times I had to park at the opposite side of the complex. It was a pain in the ---. Plus, expect dings and scratches in your car.
