Upon purchasing a jacket using a DEBIT card, I was asked for ID. How wacky is that? It's not like I give my pin number to anyone. Also the shoe dept. was absolutely filthy on 12/26/14, even though it was the day after Christmas, and the customer service was lousy.

This is specifically for the Mac makeup counter. My wife made an appointment for a makeover. The "artist" wasn't really following the picture shown to her and was very sloppy. She also kept stepping away to help other customers and making up other people. While you may be understaffed, you shouldn't be doing all these other things when you have someone in the chair waiting.

Went here to get some bedding, overall great experience. The sheets we got are so comfy and reasonably priced with my macy's card. also the staff is overly friendly and helpful.

I purchased a casual women's top (in PA) and was charged 6% sales tax. There is no sales tax on clothes in PA.,. just formal wear. I called billing and they are going to take off charge as a courtesy .They say the tax is right . Am I wrong.
