I had a fantastic experience with VT Tire. When I arrived there, they were very courteous, knowledgeable about my car. They had a great deal on tires for my Honda Civic-they did a complete service saving me over $100. compared to getting tires elsewhere. I also got a surprise gift card in the mail today for $50. I've only bought tires, so I can't speak towards the mechanical service aspects, but I'm surprised to see such a low rating. I've tried several places in the area, and Vermont Tire was the only one I ever thought "I'm definitely going back there" while leaving.

I purchased and had four snow tires mounted. I was told (after asking three different times) that they would have my car ready by 5:00 pm. I arrived promptly at 5:00 to be told that it was "on the lift" and would be only 20 minutes. One hour later my car was ready.
