VTEL MISSED MY APPOINTMENT TODAY because they had an emergency! I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK to wait for them, because they work when they WANT, not around Customer's hours, LIKE COMCAST! Very DISAPPOINTED!!! I can't take off from work whenever they HAVE AVAILABILITY!
