Visited the store numerous times in the course of purchaseing a direct vent fireplace. At all times staff were helpful and answered our many questions. We ended up purchasing a Heat n Glo unit. It was ready in the time frame promised. When we had problems, due to a faulty installation, they replaced the damaged part.

Went into the store to inquire about fireplace inserts. The man helping me out opened a book and showed me a few styles. When I asked what the price range was for an inserts, he replied word for word "four to eight, a thousand dollars". Its been my experience in life that you get what you give, and you should treat others as you would have others treat you. My purchase and the whole experience went just fine, I recommend them highly.

Be very careful here. The ownership of The Natick Fireplace (formerly vermont castings) and Franklin Fireplace (same guy owns both stores) has been unresponsive to fixing my product. I bought a pellet stove from these guys that has been a lemon and continually breaks. They whack you for a service charge even though it's under warranty and despite their being unable to fix it, he is unwilling...

I dont know what these other people are talking about, people only tend to comment when they are unhappy I guess. I have purchased several fireplaces for different properties I own and I would never go anywhere else. They have always given me the greatest service and answered all of my (sometimes stupid) questions with a smile. They are just very easy to deal with and down to earth. Im sure its like any other aspect of life, if you act like an *ss you may be treated like one!!
