I am disappointed by all the negative reviews. I think that Dr. Lee's bedside manner is different, and that's OK for some but not for others. I will say that when I visited her I did feel like she was thorough; she listened and took a lot of notes. Dr. Karen Lee is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen! After our first meeting I thought, "Wow. She hates her job!" She spent 6 min. on our intake. She got snappy, asking for my prior test which was in the computer, & I gave her a printed copy AND I said, "Here is my prior test." But she grouched saying, "Where is the other test." Longtime patient with a lot of trust and confidence in Dr. Verma. First Mona Lisa treatment today, highly anxious. Dr Verma explained the procedure in the detail I needed - and it went exactly as she described. Easy peasy.
