My mom was told she wouldn't be charged a termination if I left her account because I'm not the primary number. The Verizon lady said this. Then after I leave the account she gets a $300 termination fee. Verizon would rather lie to customers for the money than actually care about their customers. She has talked to many Verizon employees but with no results. $300 verizon what a hack

Great place! The staff was fantastic and all ready there for when the doors opened. I had a great sales associate work with me and they had the phone I wanted smile emoticon

This is the best vw store I've been too. There's never a wait and the staff is friendly and helpful. All other official stores I've been to are packed and customer service stinks. I once waited...

has alot of people "working" at one time yet always a long line for help/support. Seems alot of people standing around chatting instead of working. Its worse than the DMV with the sign in name feature.
