Ugggg. We had a bad experience at this store. I just feel sorry for the employees. I don't think it's a fun job.

The manager at this store very rude to me. Also degraded employees in front of us. I will not be using this store again. My purchases and services will be done with one of the other Springfield branches.

Store was clean inspite of being very busy. Spoke to Manager Randall Estes the day I visited. My interaction was good with his employees and I recommend this store for your wireless needs.
