Was told I would get $150 worth of accessories with a trade in. I traded in my father's phone for the "special" they had running. Ended up being charged the $150 worth of accessories on my bill (after paying the taxes in store) and they told me they show a trade in device for my transaction. The rep that was waiting on me was complaining/joking about not having enough sleep from his hangover....
